A “wright” is a maker or a builder. Those of us who strive with technology are wrights. We’ve all had those moments, the ones where hours of troubleshooting finally pays off. We turn the corner (the wright turn) and all of a sudden what was broken works, the customer’s experience improves, and the morale of the team lifts. Often all at the same time. I work for those moments. I started this blog as a way to share those wright turn moments in a way that helps others navigate the unexpected turns of striving with technology.
